Refund policy
To start a return, you can send us an email through hello@bonvin.com.sg. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Corked Wines: Cork taint is a wine fault due to the presence of the chemical compound TCA 2-4-6. This can be found on natural corks, wineries, barrels, tanks. It is a fault that can only be detected upon opening of the bottle. We carefully store our wines with controlled temperature and humidity once received. But wines are natural products and cork taint is beyond our control. Thus we shall not provide refunds for corked/tainted wines.
Mouldy Corks: Wines that contain mouldy corks do not qualify for any exchanges or refunds. In fact, moulds on corks are proof that the wine has been aged in a good conditioned environment.
Oxidised Wines: We ensure that all our wines are kept in optimal temperatures and humidity. Wines that have been adversely affected due to improper storage while in customer's care is beyond our control and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Do take note that it will also take some time for the banks to process the refund.
